Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to drive analytics initiatives that guide monetization for APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia. You will partner with cross-functional leaders across commercial, data, and strategy teams to shape performance and plan for the future.

You will develop monetization strategies, conduct in-depth analyses, define KPIs, manage initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to execute high-impact projects that accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in mathematics, statistics, data science, business analytics/management, engineering or CS.
• 3+ years in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop monetization strategies for TikTok in Southeast Asia by collaborating with key stakeholders across commercial functions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise leadership to execute high-impact projects and drive revenue growth through operating model changes.
