Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Compliance Readiness & Solutions Specialist in Singapore to support Monetization Legal. The role covers regulatory advisory, end-to-end delivery, and governance across global ad products.

You will collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to embed compliance by design and drive scalable solutions. The position requires strong program management, risk assessment, and excellent communication skills to navigate diverse markets and regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Legal degree or above, with 5+ years in related fields.
• Experience interpreting and implementing regulations (e.g., GDPR/DSA/AI in tech, BASEL/IFRS/SOX/AML in financial services).
• End-to-end project, product, and process implementation experience, including design of compliance and risk controls.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Advisory: Monitor global regulatory landscapes and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks for ad products and translate requirements to product/process owners.
• End-to-end Delivery: Lead compliance projects from inception to launch, aligning legal, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Operational Excellence: Redesign processes to embed compliance-by-design and set up governance and metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report on compliance risks and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners across time zones.
• Transparency & Assurance: Coordinate responses to regulatory RFIs and prepare for audits.
• Risk management: Perform risk assessments at product/process/regulation level to identify gaps and guide governance.
• Continuous improvement: Improve processes to mature the regulatory compliance operation within Integrity.
