Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Monetization Strategy and Operation Associate to shape mid-to-long term commercial incentive strategies with key partners across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will define incentive structures, manage deals and payouts, and drive initiatives to grow partner revenue.

Collaborating with legal, finance, data, product, and other teams, you will build dashboards, plan budgets, and analyze ROI to optimize programs. Strong data analytics and cross‑functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of work experience in a high growth tech company, strategy consulting firms or financial institutes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving.
• Strong data analytics skills, with experience in digital advertising and commercial deal management preferred.
• Fast learner, go-getter and entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
• Experience working in or dealing with advertising agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Southeast management and sales teams to shape mid-to-long term commercial incentive strategy with key partners.
• Define monetary incentive structure and service value add; manage deal contracts and payouts.
• Design tactical short-term initiatives to capture revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, data, product, and other teams to drive deal implementation.
• Budget planning, performance dashboards, and ROI measurement with post-program analysis.
