Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright (Asia) LLP in Singapore is seeking a Bids Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for Singapore and Asia-led transactional and strategic bids, focusing on Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources projects. You will work with lawyers, client relationship teams and the BD function to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bids in a professional services environment.
• Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously.
• Strong written English for drafting and proofing.

Responsibilities

• Bid ownership and end-to-end management for Singapore and Asia-led bids.
• Coordinate scoping, kick-off calls, and bid response activities.
• Provide project management and document control for bids.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and BD teams on strategy.
• Build relationships with partners, lawyers and staff across levels.
• Coach fee earners on client engagement throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Develop bespoke response strategies with lead partners and client teams.
• Maintain market understanding and relationships with key partners.
• Coordinate pricing, compliance and knowledge functions in bids.
