Job summary

UCHEM TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is expanding into the fast-growing semiconductor sector and seeks an experienced Sales Assistant Manager to lead market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across ASEAN. The role involves identifying new opportunities and managing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and technology partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of business development or sales experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related industries.
Strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem in ASEAN preferred.
Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor ecosystem across ASEAN.
Build and manage relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with semiconductor industry requirements.
Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
