Job summary

Agfa Radiology Solutions seeks a channel leader to run the ASEAN region from a Singapore base. You will own distributor networks across seven markets, decide partner growth or replacement, and build capable partners who win more independently.

In this role you will drive quarterly reviews, joint business plans, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships, tenders, and pipeline development while expanding Agfa's footprint regionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in channel sales and distributor management across several countries in Southeast Asia.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Able to build tools, training and playbooks to enable partners to win.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor partnerships across seven ASEAN markets.
• Build annual joint business plans aligned to regional growth targets.
• Drive revenue, pipeline and forecast accuracy with regular reviews.
• Shift work to partners who own deals, margins and service.
• Coach distributors on product knowledge, tender capability and service readiness.
