Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a dedicated professional to cultivate arts philanthropy by building partnerships with donors, corporates, and community stakeholders, mobilising private giving to sustain the arts ecosystem in Singapore.

You will support end-to-end grant processes, manage recognition programs, and assist with programme development, reporting, and administration to enable strategic engagement across public, private and people sectors.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in philanthropy, fundraising or grants management.
• Experience engaging donors, corporates and community stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s arts and cultural ecosystem advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven strategies to grow giving to the arts.
• Coordinate end-to-end recognition programmes and awards cycles.
• Support grant reviews, disbursement, and compliance monitoring for awarded grants.
• Maintain records, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in programme development and implementation of arts philanthropy initiatives.
