Job summary

St.Andrew's Autism Centre is seeking a Donor & Partnership Development professional in Singapore to grow a portfolio of major donors, foundations, and partners. You will lead engagement, identify funding opportunities, and support campaigns to meet targets.

You will develop proposals, manage grants, and produce impact updates while coordinating with programme teams to ensure donor commitments are fulfilled and records are accurately maintained in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, business, non-profit management or related field.
• 5+ years in fundraising, donor management, philanthropy or partnerships.
• Experience managing donor, corporate, foundation, or stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing proposals, grant applications, sponsorship pitches, or donor communications.
• Experience in social services, healthcare, education, or non-profit sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major donors, foundations, corporations, and supporters.
• Build relationships through regular engagement, meetings, site visits and stewardship.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities from various sources.
• Support donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship to meet targets.
• Develop engagement plans for key donors and partners to strengthen support.
• Support fundraising campaigns, events and partnership initiatives via donor engagement.
• Develop funding proposals, grant applications, sponsorship packages and materials.
• Coordinate grant reports, donor reports and impact updates.
• Ensure donor commitments and reporting are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain donor records and engagement in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with programmes, communications, and service teams to deliver commitments.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reports and analyze fundraising outcomes.
