Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead corporate partnerships and donor engagement from our Woodlands base. You will identify potential donors, cultivate relationships, and craft compelling grant proposals to grow sustainable contributions in support of our mission.

You will design and implement donor engagement programmes, expand the donor base, and prepare reports and communications to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and fundraising tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic donor and partner relationships to sustain financial contributions.
• Conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes aligned with the mission.
• Expand the pool of individual and regular donors.
• Develop donor engagement programmes to enhance loyalty and impact recognition.
• Assist in preparing donor reports and communication materials.
• Support securing grants, sponsorships, and matching funds for programmes.
• Stay informed of fundraising trends and ensure compliance with standards.
