Job summary

Care Corner in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Corporate Partnership) to lead fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. You will identify potential donors, cultivate relationships with partners, and craft compelling grant proposals to secure funding for programmes and operations.

You will design donor engagement programmes, expand the donor base, and ensure high-quality reports that demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/Marketing/Communications/Non-profit Management).
• 2+ years in fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate donor and partner relationships to secure sustained contributions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and run fundraising programmes.
• Grow the pool of individual and regular donors.
• Develop donor engagement experiences to boost loyalty and impact recognition.
• Prepare donor reports and communications showcasing outcomes.
• Support in securing grants, sponsorships, and matching funds for programmes and operations.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals and timely reports aligned with donor expectations.
