Job summary

People's Association invites an experienced Assistant Director (Partnership & Engagement) to lead communications, digital marketing, and community engagement for Chingay and PAssionArts. This role shapes integrated strategies across media channels and builds partnerships to boost public engagement.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee vendors and budgets, and ensure governance standards while delivering outreach that supports PA's vision of a caring and united Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in communications, digital marketing, or media management.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in community engagement or partnership development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communications Strategy: Develop and implement integrated strategy across media channels for flagship programmes.
• Digital Marketing & Content: Oversee planning and curation of digital content and manage budgets.
• Vendor & Campaign Management: Manage vendors and campaigns with performance monitoring.
• Community Engagement: Conceptualise and lead co-creation initiatives for platforms like Chingay and PAssionArts.
• Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement: Grow a network of partners and engage opinion leaders.
• Team Leadership & Governance: Mentor junior officers and ensure procurement and governance compliance.
