Job summary

National Arts Council Singapore is seeking a driven professional to support strategic partnerships and engagement in cultivating arts philanthropy. You will build partnerships with donors, corporates, and stakeholders to mobilise private giving and sustain the arts ecosystem.

The role involves coordinating the Patron of the Arts awards, managing grants and endowment initiatives, and delivering impact reports to donors and partners. Singapore residency and arts sector experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in philanthropy, fundraising or grants management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and events management, including vendor management.
• Understanding of Singapore's arts ecosystem and funding landscape would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow arts philanthropy and donor giving.
• Manage the Patron of the Arts awards program and coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular donor reports, budget tracking, and impact updates for management.
