Job summary

The Kallang Group in Singapore seeks a Senior/Executive Manager, Partnership Engagement to drive donor relations, fundraising and governance across its philanthropy programmes. You will mobilise partnerships, manage community funds, and coordinate with programme teams to ensure funds align with donor intent and social impact goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in corporate fundraising, donor relations and management, philanthropy, partnerships or sponsorship.
• Experience with donor-advised funds, foundations or grant-making structures is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Community Fund administration and operations per governance and policies.
• Act as primary relationship manager for fund donors; support fund establishment, contributions, programmes assessment and grant recommendations.
• Coordinate donor recommendations with programme teams and the fund approval committee.
• Maintain records of donor contributions, fund balances, disbursements and reporting.
• Execute annual fundraising plans to grow the fund through individual, partner and corporate giving.
• Identify, cultivate and steward prospective and existing donors, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
• Support development of donor offerings such as named funds and event-linked giving opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to integrate philanthropic initiatives into annual partnership strategies.
