is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Executive (Artisan French Café) to join a dedicated team in a vibrant bakery cafe environment, delivering quality baked goods and heartfelt service. You will handle frontline service for corporate, walk‑in, online, and event customers, provide product guidance, manage orders, invoicing, and POS systems while upholding food hygiene and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to corporate, walk‑in, online, and event customers.
• Offer product consultation and recommendations, including allergen awareness and dietary requirements.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided).
• Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support daily operations through adherence to SOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination.
• Manage and operate POS systems, mobile apps, and laptop‑based applications.
• Monitor and uphold high standards of housekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
