• Prepare coffee and other beverages, including pastries for orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build rapport, and provide friendly service.
• Ensure bread and cake displays are fully stocked at opening and during hours.
• Brew coffee/tea and prepare beverages for orders.
• Suggestive selling of promotional items to guests.
• Handle food preparation, packing takeaway orders, and making sandwiches.
• Maintain cleanliness: wipe displays, tables, chairs, and floors; wash dishes.
• Perform other duties as required by the Company.
