You will work on the full baking process, contribute to recipe development and menu innovations, uphold high hygiene standards, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years or more of bread & pastry baker experience expected.
• Passion for or prior exposure to French & European artisan bread making.
• Good understanding of sourdough techniques and fermentation principles.

Responsibilities

• Artisan Baking & Production: prepare and bake French & European breads, including sourdough; execute full baking process with artisan standards; ensure quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Recipe Development & Innovation: create or refine recipes for customer preferences; participate in R&D and seasonal product launches.
• Quality, Hygiene & Equipment Care: uphold high cleanliness and safety standards; operate and maintain baking equipment; follow SOPs.
• Teamwork & Operations Support: collaborate with heads and team; cover duties when others are away; contribute ideas to improve productivity and consistency.
