Job summary

TIONG BAHRU TIAN BO SHUI KUEH PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of the outlets in your cluster. You will work with the Operations Manager to maximize sales across locations.

Responsibilities include recruiting front-line staff, preparing weekly schedules, ensuring FOH standards, and performing ad-hoc duties. Willingness to travel to different outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in F&B operations.
• Ability to recruit and train frontline staff.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.
