Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee the quality and timely execution of architectural works on site. You will support scheduling, coordinate sub-contractors and material quotations, and ensure drawings reflect site requirements.

You'll review drawings against structural and M&E plans, resolve conflicts with consultants, and monitor material delivery and storage. Regular coordination meetings and task assignments are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or related field is required.
• Experience coordinating architectural works on-site.
• Ability to review drawings for compliance with site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality and timely execution of all architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for sub-contractor and material quotations.
• Verify drawings reflect site requirements and amendments.
• Prepare supplementary sketches/details for clarification.
• Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify conflicts.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and keep PM informed of variations.
• Ensure correct sequencing, dimensions, alignment and levels of architectural trades.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and PM to procure finishing materials.
• Monitor timely delivery and storage of materials.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with sub-contractors.
• Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and monitor performance.
• Attend site/technical/coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design).
