Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Architectural Manager to lead architectural works on site in Singapore. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.

You will monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and conduct regular site inspections to rectify defects and prevent delays, coordinating with structural, M&E, façade, and other trades for smooth interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant architectural site management experience.
• Experience with main contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural works and site activities for the assigned project.
• Coordinate with the Architect, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve architectural issues on site.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details to ensure proper site execution.
• Monitor the progress of architectural works against the project programme and identify potential delays or issues.
• Supervise and coordinate architectural subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate rectification of architectural defects and non-conformities.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, façade, and other trades to minimise site clashes and interface issues.
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
