Job summary

CHYE JOO CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Architecture Coordinator to join our project team, responsible for coordinating architectural design intent, drawings, and site execution across infrastructure projects. You will review drawings, manage RFIs, produce shop drawings, coordinate mock-up submissions, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in Architecture with at least 5 years' experience, strong

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven track record in architectural coordination for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings against structural and M&E works to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Manage RFIs to architects/consultants and track drawing revisions to ensure site works to the latest IFC drawings.
• Produce/Review shop drawings.
• Plan and coordinate mock-up submissions for approval.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.
• Support authority submissions relating to architectural compliance.
• Raise, track, and close out NCRs related to architectural workmanship.
• Maintain ITPs and inspection checklists for all architectural work trades.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team to resolve interface issues.
• Support handover documentation, as-built drawings, and defect tracking during DLP.

• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
