The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities, managing contract administration, tenders, and site supervision, while guiding junior team members and leading design development with the Associate Director.

Design & Documentation
Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development stages
Prepare architectural drawings, details, and documentation
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution
Project & Contract Management
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Assist in contract administration, tender preparation, and tender evaluation
Support site supervision to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with the project’s Associate Director during design development and implementation
Manage portions of projects and provide guidance to junior team members
Participate in project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from universities recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA). Eligible for or holding architectural registration.
Experience range from 3-7 years.
Proficiency with architectural software; BIM skills (Revit, Archicad).
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
