Job summary

RDC Architects PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Architectural Associate to lead hands-on project delivery from design through construction on site. The ideal candidate will be registrable with the BOA Singapore, possess at least three years of local architectural experience, and demonstrate strong coordination with consultants, contractors, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
• Minimum of three years architectural experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on project implementation experience including site supervision, contract administration and consultant coordination.
• Familiar with construction-stage project management, contractor liaison, site issue resolution and documentation.
• Proactive, dependable with good communication and able to work independently or in a team.
• GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP, ISO9001 & ISO14001 qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from construction through to completion on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure design intent and quality.
• Manage site documentation and issue resolution during construction.
• Support contract administration and project coordination activities.
• Collaborate with project teams in a proactive, dependable manner.
