Job summary

Quod Architects X QED Design in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Designer/Senior Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio in high-end residential and hotel projects, capable of design and development and ensuring design intent is implemented.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of local experience, a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and be able to lead a remotedrafting team while coordinating with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in high-end residential, subdivision of landed houses and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, design development, construction process and ensure project is on schedule and design intent is implemented.
• Prepare designdrawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Ensure code compliance and monitor submission timeline.
• Manage a remotedrafting team.
• Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
• Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction.
• Assist Project Architect with contract administration.
