Job summary

quod architects in Singapore seeks an experienced Architect to lead design development through construction, ensuring on-time delivery and fidelity to design intent. You will coordinate design drawings, tender packs, and contract drawings with clients, consultants, and contractors while overseeing the progress of multiple projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Singapore regulations, strong detailing skills, and the ability to mentor a remote drafting team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architecture experience in Singapore.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience with high-end residential, landed subdivisions, and hospitality projects.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations and contract administration.
• Strong detailing and ability to craft beautiful spaces.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• Ensure code compliance and monitor submission timeline
• Manage a remote drafting team
• Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines
• Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction
• Assist Project Architect with contract administration

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in high-end residential houses, subdivision of landed houses and hospitality projects
• Experienced in Singapore building regulations and contract administration

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD,SketchUp, VRay / Enscape
• QP would be a bonus
