Job summary

Ho2 Design And Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Architectural Designer to translate concepts into detailed designs and technical drawings. This full‑time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region.

You will develop drawings with CAD/BIM tools, prepare construction documents, and collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to deliver innovative solutions while meeting codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
• Experience with BIM and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and standards.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organised with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design preferred.
• Proficient in producing comprehensive shop drawings and technical details.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and designs using CAD and BIM tools.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine design proposals.
• Conduct site visits and gather information for development.
• Produce 3D visuals and renderings to communicate concepts.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards throughout the design process.
• Incorporate client feedback into design iterations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP teams and other consultants.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Assist in proposal preparation and design presentations.
