Job summary

INTER-PROJECT CONSORTIUM is seeking an Architect/Coordinator to prepare tender, design and construction drawings and to coordinate architectural works with consultants and authorities in Singapore. You will ensure submissions meet codes and regulations, and keep up to date with Singapore standards and CORENET e-submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender, design and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and works.
• Coordinate with Architect, consultants and authorities to ensure submissions comply with codes and regulations.
• Prepare authorities submission forms, drawings and information for pre-consultation, waivers and approvals.
• Stay updated with drafting technology and authorities’ codes and regulations.
