Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Designer to join a Central Singapore team. The role involves designing concepts, creating CAD drawings, and coordinating with consultants. You will attend client meetings, evaluate feasibility, and ensure compliance with local codes.

The position offers a permanent contract with standard hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) and a basic salary plus bonus. Applicants should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of local design standards and submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, research, and feasibility assessments to gather project data.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs based on project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings and 3D renderings.
• Ensure design compliance with codes and authority regulations.
• Submit plans to agencies and coordinate approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for coordination.
• Attend client meetings to present proposals and gather feedback.
• Monitor construction progress and address on-site issues.
• Support sustainable, cost-effective architectural outcomes.
