Job summary

ABS Building Products Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Designer to translate architectural concepts into detailed 2D drawings and construction documents.

You will lead project assignments, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and produce 2D plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Illustrator. Overseas experience is preferred, and a diploma or degree in architecture or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject.
• Overseas project experience is a must.
• Ability to produce 2D plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD / Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Excellent team management; set guidelines and supervise the team.
• Guide engineers on construction works and ensure schedules, quality, and site management.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Provide design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.
• Produce design documentation including drawings and cutting lists.
