DECORMARK DESIGN PTE. LTD. invites you to join a design team working on diverse spaces and healthcare environments.

You will plan and design spaces, prepare proposals, construction drawings, and as-built records, and manage sample boards and material schedules to support project delivery. We value independence in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams. Proficiency in BIM Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Vray is preferred, with familiarity of

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Min Degree in Architectural/Engineering field.
Proficient in BIM Revit & AutoCAD for Engineering & Architecture.
Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Vray.
Familiar with BCA Building Code.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
Both genders welcome.

Responsibilities

Planning and Design: Ability to provide and interpret space planning in accordance to client requirements.
Prepare drawings for proposal, construction and as-built.
Sample board and material schedule preparation.
Documents control.
Management: Periodic updates with management.
