Job summary

NYP International in Singapore seeks an architect or architectural designer to teach and shape the next generation of designers. The role emphasizes curriculum development, design thinking, sustainability and student mentoring within a built environment framework.

You will integrate speculative and generative design practices, assist industry partnerships, and guide applied projects across design studios and CET initiatives, preparing graduates for future practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architecture or a related Built Environment discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring within architectural design.
• Strong portfolio showing architectural design capability and project development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons and develop curriculum, learning resources and assessments in architectural design.
• Guide students in applying architectural design principles, user-centred thinking, sustainability and building technologies.
• Mentor and supervise students through design studios, industry projects and competitions.
• Lead industry collaborations and applied research initiatives related to architecture and emerging technologies.
