Job summary

NYP Nanyang Polytechnic invites an architect or architectural designer to join as a lecturer. You will shape the next generation through teaching, curriculum development and collaborations with industry, integrating design thinking, sustainability and technology.

Responsibilities include managing courses, mentoring students, and contributing to CET initiatives while applying speculative, generative and parametric design practices where relevant.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architecture or related Built Environment with 5+ years industry experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design capability and project delivery.
• End-to-end architectural design experience: research, concept, spatial planning, development, documentation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Teach architectural design, curriculum development and assessments.
• Mentor students through design studios, industry projects, exhibitions and collaborations.
• Lead industry partnerships and applied research on architecture and emerging technologies.
