Job summary

Recruit Expert is seeking an experienced Architect/Construction professional in Singapore to coordinate architectural works and ensure alignment with project specs and schedules.

The role requires a degree in architecture or related field, 3+ years of experience, and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit) with knowledge of Singapore regulations. You will review drawings, resolve conflicts, and lead coordination meetings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts, coordinating closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure proper sequencing of works, material availability, and quality workmanship on site.
• Attend and lead coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or construction company, preferably with HDB project and/or landed residential project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes, and industry. standards.

Salary: $3,500 to $7,000
