Job summary

AGAPE PLUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Architectural Coordination professional to oversee drawings, submissions, and interfaces on Singapore construction sites. You will liaise with architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Key duties include reviewing shop drawings, tracking material procurement and supporting mock-up approvals, with a focus on HDB projects and high-quality finishes.

Primary Responsibility: Coordination of architectural works and interfaces.

Job Scope

• Coordinate architectural drawings and technical submissions.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate architectural finishes and interfaces.
• Resolve site coordination issues.
• Monitor architectural work progress.
• Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.
• Support mock-up and sample approvals.
• Track material procurement and delivery status.

Salary Range: $3,500 – $5,500 per month

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HDB construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret construction drawings.
