Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Singapore-based contractor specializing in interior fit-out, carpentry and joinery works. The role focuses on coordinating architectural drawings and documentation for projects in the design-to-build lifecycle.

You will liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects and Suppliers to resolve design and coordination matters, coordinate activities from design development through completion, and monitor progress and variation orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Built Environment or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, construction, interior fit-out or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation for assigned projects.
• Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Suppliers and other project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination matters.
• Coordinate architectural activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through completion.
• Monitor and maintain records of work progress, architectural coordination matters, variation orders and certification of completed works.

Job Summary:

• Salary: Up to S$5,000 per month

• Location: Tuas (Transport from Yew Tee)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

• Start Date: As soon as possible / short notice preferred

Our client is an established Singapore-based contractor specialising in interior fit-out, carpentry and joinery works. The company supports projects from design and coordination through fabrication, installation and completion, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation for assigned projects.

• Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Suppliers and other project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination matters.

• Coordinate architectural activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through completion.

• Monitor and maintain records of work progress, architectural coordination matters, variation orders and certification of completed works.

Skills/Experience Required

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Built Environment or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, construction, interior fit-out or a related field.

• Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.

• Able to work independently, manage coordination requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
