Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM/Design Coordinator to join a prominent construction firm in Singapore. You will review and manage design compliance and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure efficiency in project execution.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in BIM coordination processes. A competitive salary package of up to $7,000 plus bonus will be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant design and coordination experience.
• Registered PE with PEB.
• Proficiency in British & Singapore Design Standards.

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an BIM/ Design Coordinator to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: BIM/ Design Coordinator
• Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate, and manage design drawings with consultants to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Analyse technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of shop drawing production progress.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.
• Manage a team of BIM Modelers in the production of fully coordinated shop drawings and detailed construction plans.
• Resolve design and construction discrepancies by closely liaising with relevant team & regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant design and coordination experience with contractors.
• Registered PE with PEB.
• Proficiency in British & Singapore Design Standards.
• Experience with BIM coordination processes and software.
