Job summary

GLOBALWIDE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a project coordination professional to support day-to-day operations in Singapore. The role involves reviewing tender and construction drawings, coordinating material procurement, and ensuring work quality in accordance with specifications.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of local building construction experience and is proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with knowledge of MS Project and Revit (BIM) considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture is required.
• 2-3 years of Singapore-based experience in building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of MS Project and Revit (BIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing day-to-day operations of the project.
• Check and study tender/ construction drawings; resolve discrepancies between drawings and execution.
• Coordinate material procurement with consultants and users; ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Carry out inspections to ensure works meet quality standards and approved drawings/specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors for timely project execution.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings (OMM).
• Assist Quantity Surveyor with variation order items.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution
• Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications
• Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters
• Prepare and submit Shop drawings
• Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)
• Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least Diploma/Degree in Architecture
• Min 2-3 years of Singapore working experience in building construction
• Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch-up, knowledge in using of MS Project & Revit (BIM) would be an added advantage.
