Job summary

Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd is seeking a capable architect/engineer to prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and liaise with site teams. You will oversee the architectural process from design through completion and manage coordination, progress, and certifications for projects.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 2 years’ experience, and proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in a related field.
• Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably available to start work on short notice.
• 5-day work week. Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station.
