Job summary

SH Design & Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site-based Architectural Coordination Coordinator to manage interfaces between architectural drawings and on-site construction activities.

You will ensure submissions meet requirements and coordinate with architects, consultants and subcontractors on a construction site in Singapore. The role requires a civil engineering degree, hands-on experience with HDB projects, and strong AutoCAD skills to read and interpret drawings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HDB construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret drawings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings and technical submissions.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate architectural finishes and interfaces.
• Resolve site coordination issues.
• Monitor architectural work progress.
• Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.
• Support mock-up and sample approvals.
• Track material procurement and delivery status.
