• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk software.

Responsibilities

• Handle project administration and architectural coordination, including preparing and reviewing floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door schedules, BIM models and required project submissions.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and technical information to ensure they are accurate, complete and aligned with project requirements.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and relevant project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure requirements are met.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, coordination issues and potential clashes before construction.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E requirements to ensure smooth integration across project disciplines.
• Monitor drawing revisions, submission status and project documentation to ensure the latest information is properly updated and communicated to relevant parties.

• Experience with Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Build will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, submission requirements and project coordination processes.
