Job summary

SG UNITED CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee all architectural works at the project site, ensuring timely execution and high-quality workmanship. You will conduct inspections and coordinate rectifications to maintain BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS compliance.

You will work with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to keep progress smooth, review shop drawings, and supervise finishing works from tiling to external finishes,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS criteria.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership on site.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site to ensure timely execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications to maintain compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works.
• Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions to ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.
• Plan and supervise architectural finishing works including tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works.
• Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, and mock-ups to verify workmanship meets approved standards.
• Lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants and authorities for TOP, QP, and RI submissions.
• Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements.
• Prepare reports and updates on architectural progress and quality performance.

About you

• Strong knowledge of BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards and assessment criteria
• Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities on site
• Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in large-scale residential or commercial projects (preferred)
