Job summary

CHAN RONG FEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a site supervisor to lead architectural works on-site, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. The role requires coordinating with engineers, consultants and subcontractors to meet project standards and regulatory requirements.

You will review drawings, manage finishing works, conduct inspections and mentor junior staff while upholding quality benchmarks and on-site discipline for large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building, or related field.
• 1–3 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination, communication and leadership on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all architectural works on-site to ensure timely execution and quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications to meet standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other trades.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and material submissions for design alignment.
• Plan and supervise architectural finishing works including tiling, painting, ceilings and doors.
• Conduct inspections, demonstrations and mock-ups to verify workmanship.
• Lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants for TOP, QP and RI submissions.
• Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements.
• Track material usage and ensure proper storage and handling of finishes.
• Prepare progress reports and updates on architectural progress and quality.
• Mentor junior supervisors and provide technical guidance on-site.
• Enforce safe working practices in all architectural activities.
• Plan and forecast material quantity requirements at least three months in advance.

Job Summary

Supervise and manage architectural works on-site to ensure timely execution, quality workmanship, and compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards. Coordinate with stakeholders and lead quality control and inspections for successful project delivery.

• Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site to ensure timely execution and high-quality workmanship
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications to maintain compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works
• Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions to ensure alignment with design intent and specifications
• Plan and supervise architectural finishing works including tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works
• Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, and mock-ups to verify workmanship meets approved standards
• Lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants and authorities for TOP, QP, and RI submissions
• Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks

Preferred competencies and qualifications
