Job summary

Shcc Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architect/Project Coordinator to support design coordination across clients, consultants, and contractors in Singapore.

You will help align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards, developing comprehensive construction plans and schedules. You will review drawings and specifications, monitor timelines and budgets, and resolve on-site issues while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination on large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Job description

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with experience in large-scale construction projects or building projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred
