ZHENG KENG ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is looking for a capable professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise all architectural works on site in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards while supervising rectification and making-good works for timely project completion.

You will assist the Project Manager in daily site operations, identify and resolve on-site technical issues, and liaise with consultants and contractors to maintain

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Oversee rectification and making-good works to ensure proper project completion
• Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations and coordination activities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and discrepancies on site in a timely manner
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project team members to ensure smooth coordination of architectural works
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager and project team
• Ensure proper handover of completed works in accordance with project completion timelines and requirements
