Job summary

RITE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architect/Architectural Coordinator to align architectural works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

You will review drawings, identify discrepancies and drive solutions to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules. The role requires reading architectural, structural and M&E drawings, familiarity with building requirements and construction methods, and proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM a plus).

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related.
• Experience in architectural coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Familiar with building requirements, construction methods and architectural finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
