Job summary

DEBENHO PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in overseeing all architectural works at the project site in Singapore. You will ensure subcontractor works align with specifications and drawings, manage coordination with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in safety meetings to uphold on-site safety standards.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising all architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure works by subcontractors comply with specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, C&S & M&E coordinators to resolve technical issues.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure onsite works are carried out safely.

Ensure work programme, quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are carried out.

Coordinate architectural works with the consultants, subcontractors and C&S, M&E coordinators to resolve any technical issues.
