Job summary

BHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced architect or senior coordinator to support on-site construction with a focus on architectural works and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.

You will review drawings, attend technical meetings, and ensure compliance with specifications while maintaining safety on site. The role requires strong communication skills, a minimum of five years in main contracting (preferably HDB), and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in main contracting, preferably on HDB projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on technical/site problems.
• Review tender clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage the drawing schedule to ensure timely issuance for construction.
• Address and resolve technical issues raised by construction and consultant teams.
• Carry out inspection/trade demos/material testing/mock ups.
• Check compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch).
• Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
