Job summary

NEWCON BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced assistant project manager to support daily project operations. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, attending project meetings, and ensuring adherence to drawings and quality standards.

The candidate should have a degree or diploma in architecture with at least 5 years of related experience, with HDB project experience considered an added advantage. Strong communication and inspection skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• More than 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• HDB project experience is an added advantage.
