Job summary

FU XIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator for residential building projects. You will support progress and quality of architectural works, with close liaison to consultants to resolve conflicts with structural and M&E drawings.

You will coordinate, monitor and assist subcontractors, and help plan schedules, quotes, and ensure accuracy of drawings and information supplied by relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential building projects as Architectural Coordinator.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate safety procedures and daily operational instructions to Mandarin-speaking site workers and foreign sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Progress and quality of architectural works must be monitored and coordinated.
• Assist the PM on planning of schedule for calling of quotes from relevant subcontractors/suppliers and to ensure the accuracy of drawings and information supplied.
• Review architectural drawings for conflicts with structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve such conflicts.
• Coordinate, monitor and assist the subcontractors on the progress of work.
