Job summary

Virtusa seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to lead IT system development initiatives in the financial services domain. You will capture requirements, document BRD/FSD/US, and translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of business analysis experience, with five years in finance/banking or corporate finance on digital platforms, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across groups.
