Job summary

R Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to review business specifications, develop test plans, and document user requirements. The role focuses on ensuring IT solutions align with business objectives and are delivered with quality, through functional testing and UAT support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a BA role, be proficient with MS Office, and possess knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with experience in IT project management and potentially banking/insurance

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in managing IT projects and IT administration is advantageous.
• Domain knowledge in banking/insurance is preferred or experience with cross-platform integration.

• Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms of contents and format.
• Develop & review User Guide and Standard Operating Process (SOP).
